House Building & the Community

Community is at the heart of what we believe development today must achieve to deliver a truly desirable place to live. We recognise that it is just as important for our customers to have an emotional sense of belonging as it is to have the physical foundations from which a community can grow and flourish.

We are committed to making sure that all of our developments provide a framework from which a sense of community can develop and we are constantly exploring new opportunities to achieve this.  Through this unique and innovative approach we have successfully created resident's associations, mixed use developments and community websites all of which have helped us to create delightful environments where our customers really feel like they belong from day one.

However, we appreciate it is not just about building new communities.  We also realise the impact that development can have on existing neighbourhoods and we take great care wherever we are building to forge close working relationships that last throughout the development process; from land acquisition, to delivery of properties and beyond.  This genuine desire to communicate at all levels over a sustained period of time means that the sometimes painful process of expanding a neighbourhood is made easier and more readily acceptable.
