- You own 100% of your home at 90% of the price now. Or for apartments 85% of the price.
- There is no rent or interest to pay for 10 years
- You can pay back the loan at 10% (15% for apartments) of the open market value at anytime during and upto the 10 years.
- You don’t have to wait you can get the brand new home of dreams right now.
This is how it works
- We fund a maximum of 10% (15% for apartments) of the purchase price of your new home upto a period of 10 years. We do this by means of a second charge, which allows us to recover our funding when you sell your property or refinance, similar to a building society or bank.
- At the time you decide to do this we ask that the amount to be repaid is linked to the open market value of your home at that time.
