This is how it works

  • We fund a maximum of 10% of the purchase price of your new home upto a period of 10 years. We do this by means of a second charge, which allows us to recover our funding when you sell your property or refinance, similar to a building society or bank.
  • At the time you decide to do this we ask that the amount to be repaid is linked to the open market value of your home at that time.
  • It is as simple as that.
